The undersigned company will carry out the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the following:

1. general purposes: the data will be processed to satisfy your requests/queries, for the proper performance of bureaucratic, accounting, tax, commercial, and technical obligations, and for company activities required by law and in any case strictly related to existing relationships;

8. persons authorized to process the data: the data will be processed solely and exclusively by a limited number of specially authorized company employees in the administrative, marketing, IT, and commercial departments;
9. automated decision-making processes (e.g., profiling): automated decision-making processes are not managed in any way;
10. rights of the data subject: you enjoy all the rights enshrined in European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, the erasure of your personal data, the restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority;
11. transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will be made based on an adequacy decision by the Commission or, in the case of transfers referred to in Articles 46, 47, or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, based on appropriate and suitable safeguards;
12. data retention period: data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to meet the requests of the data subject or in accordance with the provisions of current legislation or any contractual clauses;
