EPS Integrated Steering Systems

The EPS Steering Systems are electrical steering controllers and integrated units designed to implement steer-by-wire or assisted steering solutions. They are compatible with various motor types including induction and brushless, interface easily via CAN bus, and feature redundancy of microcontrollers and sensors to fulfill ISO13849 safety requirements. These systems offer field-oriented speed or position control, PWM outputs, and torque feedback.

 

EPS ACW

EPS-ACW is an integrated electrical steering unit that includes a driving inverter and an induction motor for implementing a steer-by-wire solution. This integrated solution minimizes the wiring, reduces the installation time and improves reliability. It can easily interface with a wide range of external devices via CAN bus. The redundancy of microcontrollers and sensors makes it possible to fulfill ISO13849 category #3 and performance level requirements.
